Starting with the careful selection of the best type of resin, we then control such physical properties as hardness, compressibility and elasticity to create an original MIPOX hard disk polishing pad, a made-to-measure product; individually tailored to meet our customer's requirements.
Several kinds of prototypes are delivered to our customer along with data results from our in-house polishing equipment.
In addition, various kinds of secondary finishing such as X-Y group - grooving - processing are also available.
