International CMP Symposium: Clarkson University, Intel, and Mipox International Co. reported the results of their collaborative research.

In the High Temperature Superconductor Symposium at the MRS Spring Meeting, Los Alamos National Laboratory, U.S.A. and MIPOX have presented the result of our joint-development of the metal tape surface processing technology which has an influence the performance of the superconductivity and its buffer layer’s crystal orientation.

MIPOX has presented a result of the joint-study with Clarkson University at the 11th “International Symposium on Chemical Mechanical Planarization” held at Lake Placid, New York, sponsored by the CAMP in the Clarkson University.
